Land Description: Wagga Wagga Local Government Area

Aim:  To exhibit the proposed rezoning of land on both eastern and western sides of Dobney Avenue and Pearson Street between Edward Street and Urana Street from IN2 Light Industrial to B5 Business Development.

Exhibition Period: 23 January 2012 to 21 February 2012 (inclusive)

Inspection Venue: The Planning Proposal and all the other exhibition material is available for inspection at Wagga Wagga Civic Centre, Cnr Baylis and Morrow Streets, Wagga Wagga during the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded) or can be accessed below within the above exhibition period.

Submission Procedure: Any interested person or organisation wishing to make a written submission in relation to the Planning Proposal should do so prior to the close of the exhibition period. Submissions may be delivered to the Council Chambers or mailed to The General Manager, Wagga Wagga City Council, PO Box 20, Wagga Wagga  NSW  2650 or emailed to council@wagga.nsw.gov.au.
