Exhibition of Draft Amendments to Wagga Wagga LEP 2010 and Wagga Wagga Development Control Plan 2010

Aim:  
To exhibit the Planning Proposal to correct anomalies with the minimum lot size for Bakers Lane: zoning of areas within Lloyd in accordance with the Voluntary Planning Agreements and; Business zones in Tatton, Bourkelands, Estella and Boorooma. Once the proposed amendment is finalised it will become Amendment No. 6 to the Wagga Wagga LEP 2010.

To exhibit the proposed changes to Part E Section 15 to the Wagga Wagga Development Control Plan 2010 for the Lloyd Urban Release Area. Once the proposed amendment is finalised it will replace the current Part E Section 15 provisions of the Wagga Wagga Development Control Plan 2010.

Exhibition Period: 9 July 2012 to 20 August 2012 (inclusive)

Inspection Venue: The Planning Proposal and all the other exhibition material is available for inspection at Wagga Wagga Civic Centre, Cnr Baylis and Morrow Streets, Wagga Wagga during the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded) or can be accessed below within the above exhibition period.

Submission Procedure: Any interested person or organisation wishing to make a written submission in relation to the proposed amendment should do so prior to the close of the exhibition period. Submissions may be delivered to the Council Chambers or mailed to The General Manager, Wagga Wagga City Council, PO Box 20, Wagga Wagga NSW 2650 or emailed to council@wagga.nsw.gov.au
