Voluntary Planning Agreement - Lloyd Release Area VPA Agreement No. 1

Voluntary Planning Agreement - Lot 254 DP 757249, Lot 11 DP 1046799, Lot 29 DP 1127234 and Lot 440 DP 1123443.

Council has entered into a Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) under section 93F of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 in connection with an amendment to the Wagga Wagga Local Environmental Plan 2010 that applies to the land at Lot 254 DP 757249, Lot 11 DP 1046799, Lot 29 DP 1127234 and Lot 440 DP 1123443 (as described in Clause 1.1 of the Agreement).

Description of the Agreement:

The Trustees of the Roman Catholic Church for the Diocese of Wagga Wagga (the developer) is the owner of the land and has or proposes to lodge a development application with Council relating to residential development of the land. The developer is prepared to make development contributions in connection with the development which include survey, fencing and construction of the Wiradjuri Walking Track, construction of firebreaks, the dedication of part of the land to Council and monetary contributions for revegetation of the land to meet environmental and recreational objectives of Council.

The agreement was entered into on 25 March 2011.

Council has entered into a Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) under section 93F of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 in connection with an amendment to the Wagga Wagga Local Environmental Plan 2010 that applies to the land at Lot 2 DP1116883, Lot 3 DP 1116883, Lot 3 DP 1020507 (as described in Clause 1.1 of the Agreement).

Description of the Agreement:

Ehkuk Pty Ltd and Sunpath Holdings Pty Ltd (the developer) lodged a development application with Council relating to residential development of the land they own. The developer is prepared to make Development Contributions in connection with the carrying out of the development in accordance with this Agreement including survey, fencing and construction of the Wiradjuri Walking Track, construction of firebreaks and the dedication of the part of the Land to Council and monetary contributions for revegetation of the land which meet environmental and recreational objectives of Council.

Voluntary Planning Agreement - Lot 1 DP 726729, Lot 328 DP 823293 and Lots 11 & 12 DP 20812, known as 231 Gurwood Street, Wagga Wagga

Council has entered into a Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) under section 93F of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 in connection with an amendment to the Wagga Wagga Local Environmental Plan 2010 that applies to the land at Lot 1 DP 726729, Lot 328 DP 823293 and Lots 11 & 12 DP 20812, known as 231 Gurwood Street, Wagga Wagga (as described in Clause 1.1 of the Agreement).

Description of the Agreement:

McIntyre Nash Pty Ltd (the developer) is the owner of the land. In August 2005, the developer made an application to Council for a change to the LEP for the purpose of making a Development Application to Council for development consent to carry out residential development on the land facilitated by the rezoning of the land to Residential (R3) effected by the instrument change. The developer has agreed to enter into this agreement to make developer contributions in connection with the instrument change on the terms set out in this agreement.

Voluntary Planning Agreement - Alan Staunton Oval

Voluntary Planning Agreement - Lot 1 DP 578010 and Lot 2 DP 525919

Council has entered into a Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) under section 93F of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 in connection with an amendment to the Wagga Wagga Local Environmental Plan 2010 that applies to the land at Lot 1 DP 578010 and Lot 2 DP 525919 as described in Clause 1.1 of the Agreement).

Description of the Agreement:

ASMP Holdings Pty Ltd (the developer) is the owner of the land and has sought a change to the LEP to enable the residential development of the land facilitated by the rezoning of the land to Residential (R3) effected by the instrument change.  The developer is prepared to make development contributions in connection with the development including compensating for the loss of open space for junior rugby league resulting from the development by providing for contributions towards the development of junior rugby league facilities on another site.
