Nick Mount is one of Australia's most accomplished and celebrated studio glass artists, at the forefront of innovation in the field since the early 1970s. In 2012 he was honoured by Object: Australian Centre for Design as the subject of a Living Treasures: Masters of Australian Craft survey exhibition.
Nick Mount: The Fabric of Work features a new series of sculptural assemblages that range in scale and character and combine a respect for traditional Venetian glassmaking techniques with a wry Australian wit.
