Construction of the new Duke of Kent community building is now well underway.
Following the slab being poured in December 2022, the frame has been erected and roofing installed. Installation of the following items are now also complete:
- electrical and plumbing
- windows and door frames
- external cladding.
Construction contractors are finalising some external components of the building such as installing roof flashing and will soon start on the internal fit-out.
