Works to construct the new community facility next to Duke of Kent oval is scheduled to start next week, weather permitting.
The site will be cleared to make way for the new building which will accommodate the Wagga Wagga Veteran & Vintage Motor Club, University of the Third Age members, and other community groups.
A number of parking bays at the entrance of Kent Crescent will be unavailable during construction.
Work is expected to be completed by the end of June 2023.
