Adverse weather conditions and a higher level of unplanned maintenance across the LGA network through winter and spring have impacted and delayed various road works projects.
Council has renewed traffic modelling and designs to support road safety for motorist, pedestrians, and cyclists for now and into the future.
The works schedule has been aligned with developers and their works in the area to optimize development and reduce impacts to ratepayers and roads users.
This project was scheduled to start this year however the forecast of heavy and consistent rain, on top of what we have already experienced, has now pushed this date back to 2022.
