Online Services and Customer Service shutdown 27 – 30 September 2024
Council’s Online Services and Customer Service unavailable from 3pm, Friday 27 September until 8:30am, Monday 30 September 2024.
This is due to a scheduled software upgrade to a cloud-based system that will improve the usability of Online Services for customers.
The shutdown will affect the following:
- Customer Service - this affects over the phone and in-person lodging of applications, customer requests, taking payments, providing information etc. Customer Service will close early, at 3pm Friday 27 September 2024. It will reopen as usual at 8:30am Monday 30 September 2024.
- Online Services (https://eservices.wagga.nsw.gov.au/)
- Payment of rates and fees
- Submission of service requests
- Submission and tracking of certificates and other related applications
- Property enquiries
Please note: these services are also unavailable in-person and over the phone during the shut-down.
These features will be available again from 8:30am Monday 30 September 2024.
All other Council facilities that are open on the weekends will operate as usual.
