Notice is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of Clause 14 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021, that the following Development Control Plan has been approved by Council:

Wagga Wagga Development Control Plan Amendment 27 – Administrative and Policy Position Review

Commencement Date:

All Sections, other than the amendments to ‘Section 1.10 Notification of a Development Application’ – 22 January 2024.

Amendments to ‘Section 1.10 Notification of a Development Application’ – Immediately upon adoption of a Community Participation Plan by Council.

Reasons for Decision:

It is in the public interest to provide detailed controls for development in the Wagga Wagga Local Government Area.
