Wagga Wagga Airport

The Wagga airport is a growing hub for commerce, employment, education and training in the aviation industry.

Wagga Wagga boasts one of the busiest regional airports in New South Wales, with over 140 flights between Wagga Wagga, Sydney and Melbourne each week, carrying approximately 225,000 passengers annually.

The airport currently supports two commercial airlines in QantasLink and Regional Express (Rex). The airport also supports multiple businesses based within the Commercial precinct at the airport such as Rex's heavy maintenance facility, the Australian Airline Pilot Academy (AAPA), Wagga Air Centre, Encore Aviation, Regional Aviation Services and Wagga Bike Tyres. The airport can facilitate a wide range of aviation needs from regular public transport, 24-hour refuelling facilities, pilot training and aircraft maintenance. For private aircraft owners the airport can accommodate light aircraft hangars in the new purpose built Light Aircraft Precinct, with excellent taxiway and runway access.
