There are a number of services relating to the kerbside waste service that can be requested online through Council's Online Services.

Unfortunately, not all services can be requested online, as they may require a stat dec or proof of identity, these exclusions are as follows:

Modification of Service (additional bins etc.) / Replacement Bin

Council cannot accept requests for modifications to services or replacement bins online, as proof of identity is required by the property owner.

Burnt or Stolen Bins

Council cannot accept requests regarding Stolen or Burnt bins online as a Statutory Declaration, witnessed by a Justice of the Peace, is required.

Kitchen Caddy replacement or additional Kitchen Caddy Bin Liners

If you would like to purchase a replacement Kitchen Caddy, please visit Council’s Customer Service desk at the Civic Centre.

If you would like to obtain additional Kitchen Caddy Bin Liners, please contact Council on 1300 292 442 or visit Council’s Civic Centre.

*Please note that only one additional package of Liners can be claimed per property per calendar year, and must be claimed in person at the Civic Centre.
