In 2024, Council hired independent researcher Micromex Research to conduct a community-wide Perception Survey on Wagga Wagga City Council's performance over the past 12 months.
The survey looked at long-term trends and priorities across a broad range of Council services and facilities.
A random selection of residents aged 18+ were interviewed over the phone (mobile and landline) and asked to rank our performance based on indicators like customer service, community facilities and service delivery.
