The Community Survey provides insights into our community's current and future priorities.

In January 2021 we hired independent researcher Micromex Research to conduct a community-wide perceptions survey on Wagga Wagga City Council's performance over the past 12 months.

The survey looked at long-term trends and priorities across a broad range of Council services and facilities.

A random selection of residents aged 18+ were interviewed over the phone (mobile and landline) and asked to rank our performance based on indicators like customer service, community facilities and service delivery.

The 2021 Community Survey results are in: the great, the good, and the areas for improvement.

We’re happy to report the results show a positive trend in the community’s overall satisfaction with our performance.

Thank you to everyone who took part. We’ll use your feedback to update our strategic plans and keep working to make this region a brilliant place to live.
