The End of Term Report is an overview on Council's and the community's progress toward the implementation of the Community Strategic Plan (CSP) during the identified term.
As a community, it is important to have a document that defines how we want to grow into the future as a city, and the actions we will take to facilitate growth. The CSP is a key part of this and defines the path we will take in future growth.
The CSP is a core element of the Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R) framework that Council uses for strategic and operational planning, this is use to provide an understanding of our community's strategic priorities and guides us in achieving these over the term of the elected Council.
