Our Legal Requirements
Under Section 4.58 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, Wagga Wagga City Council is required to keep a register of:
- applications for development consent, and
- the determination of applications for development consent, and
- the determination of applications for complying development certificates.

Development consents and Complying Development Certificates Issued from the past three months can be viewed below, with all past applications and determinations able to be found on our Online Services Application Tracking page.
