10 October 2022: Road Closure: Oura Beach Road
Oura Beach Road is now closed due to rising floodwaters.
The following roads are also closed:
- The Island Lane, opposite Wilks Park on Hampden Avenue
- Kohlhagens Road
- Mundowy Lane
- Wagga Beach Riverside precinct and carpark are also closed
Drivers are urged to drive with caution and are reminded not to drive through flooded roads and to obey road closure signs.

Council will continue monitoring our infrastructure to ensure there is maximum safety and minimum disruption to our services. Council will also continue to work with the SES preparing for any impact due to flooding.
