18 October 2022: Lockhart Road reopen with reduced speed limit

Both lanes of Lockhart Road near Brookdale are now open to traffic, with a reduced speed limit of 60km/h in place.

One lane of the road was closed yesterday due to pavement damage from water flowing through a causeway.

Motorists are advised to take care, with increased traffic on the Lockhart Road, due to the Sturt Highway being closed at Collingullie as a result of flooding.
