Parking Infringement Reporting
In accordance with recent amendments to the Fines Act 1996, all issuing authorities are now required to prepare and report on parking infringements issued within their Local Government Area. As part of this legislative change, Revenue NSW has directed all Councils to make these reports publicly accessible.
Accordingly, Council will publish the required parking infringement report on its official website to ensure transparency and compliance with the reporting obligations set out under the Fines Act 1996.
