Within the LEP, you will find zoning, height and other controls which ensure development is as suitable as possible given its individual characteristics and location.
Sometimes, the controls in the LEP need to be updated to enable different controls to be applied on certain sites. The process by which the LEP is updated is through a Planning Proposal.
