If you need food, someone to talk to or somewhere to sleep and shower, there are services that can help.

On this page you will find a number of services to help you out, including a range of 24 hour crisis telephone numbers. If you are experiencing an emergency however, please call 000.

Please note, if you are unsure of where to go or who to call regarding your mental health, please seek assistance from your General Practitioner (Doctor).

ACCESSLINE CRISIS LINE

A 24/7 local telephone service which provides residents access to expert mental health advice, support and referrals.

KIDS HELPLINE

A free, private and confidential 24/7 telephone and online counselling service specifically for young people aged between 5 and 25.

CHILD AND ADOLESCENT MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE

CAMHS are specialist mental health services for children and adolescents up to the age of 18yrs and their families.

HEADSPACE WAGGA WAGGA

Headspace provides counselling and support to young people from 12-25 years.

MENTAL HEALTH RECOVERY PROGRAM

The Recovery Program is an 8 week residential course of education, practical living skills, care coordination and support. 16 years and above.

ROAR (INTEREACH)

Reach out and Relax aims to support young people under the age of 18 years who are experiencing early signs of mental health illness.

LINK2HOME CRISIS NUMBER

Provides callers with information, assessments and referrals to homelessness support and accommodation services across NSW. Available 24/7.

EASTERN MURRUMBIDGEE YOUTH SERVICES (MISSION AUSTRALIA)

The refuge provides short to medium term housing to young people who are homeless or couch surfing. Available 24/7, 16 to 17 years.

EDEL QUINN SUPPORT SERVICES (ST VINCENT DE PAUL SOCIETY NSW)

Crisis accommodation and case management services for those who are experiencing homelessness. Available 24/7, 18 years and above.

SISTERS HOUSING ENTERPRISE INC.

Case management to women & women with children who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Crisis: 6921 8211 (24/7)

ARGYLE HOUSING

Argyle's objective is to provide and manage secure, sustainable housing for people on low to moderate incomes.

Pre-prepared evening meals across Wagga on alternate nights.

WAGGA UNITING CHURCH

Bread, fruit/veg and hampers.

Bread, canned goods, clothing vouchers and other material support.

ANGLICARE EMERGENCY RELIEF

Food, bedding, utility vouchers, household items and childrens clothing. Please note restrictions apply.

SALVOSCONNECT (THE SALVATION ARMY)

Vouchers and other goods.

WAGGA ANGLICAN PARISH PANTRY

Emergency food hampers.
