Your standard household kerbside waste service includes:

  • a 140-litre general waste/red bin;
  • a 240-litre recycling/yellow bin;
  • a 240-litre garden organics/green bin; and
  • a 7L kitchen caddy and annual supply of compostable liners.

When are my bins collected?

In the Wagga Wagga Local Government Area, bin collections run on a fortnightly cycle.

  • Garden organics/green-lid bin – collected every week
  • Recycling/yellow-lid bin – collected every second week
  • General waste/red lid bin – collected every second week, on the alternate week to the yellow bin
