My Aged Care
My Aged Care aims to make it easier for older people, their families, and carers to find information on ageing and aged care in Australia. They provide online information and trained call centre staff to help you get an older person’s needs assessed and to find and access services.
Visit the My Aged Care website to find information about how to access Australian Government–funded aged care services. You can apply for an assessment online and search for local aged care providers that meet your needs. You can also call Monday to Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, and Saturday, 10 am to 2 pm.

Wagga Wagga City Council provides designated electric scooter and wheelchair recharge outlets to enable community members to recharge their mobility devices if required.
Council's facilities with recharge points are easily identified through RECHARGE Point logos displaying on the windows and above or near the designated power points.
There are currently three Council venues:

National Public Toilet Map
As part of the National Continence Program, the Toilet Map provides information on over 19,000 publicly available toilets across Australia, including accessibility, opening hours and facilities, such as showers & baby change.
Master Locksmith Access Key
The Master Locksmith Access Key (MLAK) is an innovative and universal lock system that allows 24/7 access to the public toilet facilities for eligible community members with access issues. MLAK symbol is displayed on the toilet facilities equipped with this system for easy identification.
