Start 2025 off the right way with Wagga’s Kooringal Kicks & Tricks outdoor youth event!
If you loved the 'BACK TO SCHOOL PARTY' in 2023 and 2024, you don't want to miss out on this mini-youth festival in your own backyard!
Come along for a chill afternoon with a DJ, a free BBQ, weaving workshops, 3x3 basketball games, giant lawn games, free fresh haircuts, pop-up library, free school supplies and great summer vibes!

Welcome to Country commences at 2:10PM with the skate competition and all activities kicking off at 2:15PM. Everyone is welcome!
PLUS! If you need a bit of practice before the comp or just looking to learn some new skateboarding, rollerblading, BMX'ing or scooter skills, register now for our FREE workshops on Wednesday 29 January 2025 from 3:00PM to 6:00PM HERE.
The KOORINGAL KICKS & TRICKS is an all-ages, alcohol and drug free event proudly hosted and funded by the Wagga Wagga City Council, the NSW Department of Communities and Justice, and the Wagga Community Drug Action Team. With thanks to our community partners: Rural Outreach Counselling, Rapid Relief Team, Vinnies Riverina, The Smith Family and Grand Pacific Health.
KOORINGAL KICKS & TRICKS is a youth event developed through consultation with local young people and informed by the Wagga Wagga City Council 'Community Safety Action Plan 2022-2026'.

TRANSPORT
Leave the car at home and walk, ride or catch local public transport! Find the closest public bus route near you HERE.
Parking will be available, however please be respectful of residents and do not park across/in driveways.
ACCESSIBILITY
This event is accessible and inclusive. Everyone is welcome to join.
Wheelchair accessible bathrooms will be available.
Disability permit parking can be found in the adjoining carpark to Henwood Park.
COST
This event is FREE for people of all ages and abilities. All resources and food at the event will be free of charge.
